1. Are all toys used?

Mostly! We specialize in gently‑loved toys that deserve a second life. If an item is brand‑new and factory‑sealed, we label it NEW in the title and description.

2. How do you grade toy condition?

• Excellent – looks brand‑new with no visible wear.
• Good – minor scuffs or paint rub; fully functional.
• Play‑Loved – obvious signs of wear but still great for imaginative play.
Every listing has 6–10 photos shot in natural light so you can verify the grade yourself.

3. Do you clean and sanitize toys before shipping?

Yes. All preloved items are surface‑cleaned with a fragrance‑free, kid‑safe solution and air‑dried before we package them.

4. What shipping options do you offer?

U.S. orders over $50 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. Under $50 is a flat $4.95. Need it faster? Upgrade to Priority at checkout.

5. Is your packaging recyclable?

Absolutely. We print on recycled poly or Kraft mailers using water‑based EcoTank™ inks. Both the mailer and the shipping label backing can go straight into curbside recycling.

6. Do you accept returns?

Unused items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus original shipping. Return postage is on us if we made a mistake.

7. How does the trade‑in program work?

If you’ve got duplicates, fill out our Trade‑In form, mail the toys to us, and choose cash (PayPal) or store credit (+10 % bonus). We currently accept any collectible under 8 inches in its longest dimension (think action figures, small vehicles, mini playsets, etc.).

9. How are your product photos taken?

We want you to see every detail — so here’s how we shoot our listings:

Clarity first: The first 3–4 images in each listing are photographed on a clean, off-white textured backdrop using natural daylight. This helps you zoom in and inspect the condition of every angle — front, sides, and back.
For flair (but not instead): We occasionally include a final “hero” image on our signature yellow or violet confetti background to add a little fun. This never replaces the neutral reference photos — it’s just for branding sparkle ✨
